FiberQ
Explore our primary array of high-reliability Small Form-factor Pluggable solutions, optical transceivers, and copper modular jacks designed to support massive data throughput.
In the modern hyper-scale datacenter and telecom landscape, the physical interconnection framework is the fundamental bedrock of system reliability. FiberQ Photonics Technology Co., Ltd. stands as a premier China-based design, R&D, and manufacturing organization specializing in high-performance SFP connector interfaces, fiber optic transceivers, and advanced photonic communication components.
Established in 2015, FiberQ has evolved over its 12-year industry technology history to address complex transmission bottlenecks. With a production capability engineered to serve Tier-1 network integrators and telecom carriers, our focus lies in combining structural optical reliability with cutting-edge customization parameters. From standard Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP) modules to high-density 100G, 400G, and 800G optical architectures, our products power high-speed digital trunks across North America, Europe, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
Explore the engineering challenges, hardware configurations, and performance optimization paths that define our product lines.
Operating at high frequency bands (Gbps to Terabits per second) exposes systems to intense electromagnetic interference (EMI). Our cages, including the TE Compatible Through Hole EMI Shielded 1x6 Ports Press-Fit SFP+ Cage, incorporate advanced EMI shielding fingers and elastomeric gaskets. This design reduces cross-talk and ensures excellent signal isolation under extreme throughput pressures.
Modern QSFP28 (100G) and SFP+ (10G/25G) interfaces face severe thermal load densities. We design structural integration with high thermal conductivity heat-sink pathways and custom heat sinks. This design keeps the internal junction temperatures of the optoelectronics within industrial limits (-40°C to +85°C) for long-term operability.
As networking speeds move beyond 800G towards 1.6T, conventional copper traces show heavy loss profiles. FiberQ is active in developing Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) and Linear-drive Pluggable Optics (LPO). These technologies remove high-power DSP components to decrease system power use and lower transmission latency by up to 50%.
FiberQ supports customizable interfaces tailored to specialized architecture setups. This includes protocol adaptation (Ethernet, Fibre Channel, InfiniBand), wavelength engineering (CWDM/DWDM grids for long-haul networks), and specific connector form-factors (Simplex LC, Duplex LC, MPO/MTP-12, MPO-24, and specialized RJ45 magnetic interface integrations).
How FiberQ's optical and copper interfaces interface seamlessly across varied enterprise, telecom, and industrial networking topologies.
Hyper-scale datacenters demand rapid throughput, low cost per bit, and high port density. FiberQ's 100G Base-t QSFP28 and customized optical transceiver models provide high density connections across Spine-Leaf architectures. By utilizing low-profile connectors and high-precision optical transceivers, operators minimize thermal constraints and optimize vertical rack efficiency.
Telecom fronthaul, midhaul, and backhaul networks require components with high environmental durability and long transmission reaches. Our Bidirectional (Bidi) SFP modules, operating over single-mode fiber with reach capabilities up to 20km (such as our 1550nm/1310nm 2.5G Bidi LC modules), allow service providers to double fiber capacities. This optimization lowers infrastructure costs for rural and metropolitan fiber deployments.
At the edge, network equipment handles diverse interfaces, combining fiber-to-the-edge and copper switches. Our copper transceiver integrations, like the Juniper Compatible 10GBASE-T SFP+ Copper Transceiver, bridge these systems by allowing copper links up to 80m over standard Cat6a/Cat7 cabling. This flexibility avoids the cost of full optical fiber upgrades in heritage enterprise systems.
Industrial installations are vulnerable to voltage surges and electrostatic discharges. FiberQ's line of magnetic RJ45 connectors (e.g., JD2-0001NL / JD2-0010NL and LAN Filter Module Magnetic Transformers) features integrated isolation magnetics. This design safeguards network switches from ground loop currents and physical line faults.
Strategic supply security, manufacturing precision, and scalable capacity under one production ecosystem.
Operating from a 12,600 square meter facility, FiberQ combines precise production techniques with modern automation. We support production processes from component placement to final performance validation.
Our deep integration with over 1,450 upstream supply chain partners secures key optical sub-components (such as TOSA, ROSA, laser diodes, and photodetectors). This direct access reduces production lead times and provides price stability, protecting our clients from sudden global market shifts.
In the past year alone, our active R&D efforts introduced 180 new products. This capability allows global procurement teams to rapidly source next-generation hardware designs directly from our manufacturing lines.
Compliance to high industrial standards guarantees reliability on every deployment.
FiberQ's quality system is managed by 62 experienced inspectors who perform validation tests at each manufacturing phase. We employ automatic testing systems that capture eye diagrams, measure bit error rates (BER), verify optical power levels, and perform spectral assessments.
Each optical transceiver and SFP cage undergoes strict testing. This includes high-temperature aging chambers, thermal cycling under full mechanical stress, and fiber end-face interferometry to prevent insertion-loss anomalies.
